Our success story began back in1981, when we started out as a family company that soon developed into Euroterra, a corporation founded by Michail and Olga Therianos in 1999 and demonstrated a dynamic activity throughout Greece. After almost two decades of successful developments in the Greek real estate industry and having established Easy Homes construction company (renamed Capital Land Development), it was only natural for Euroterra to set a new course for growth in the Balkans.
